Psalm 1 Christian Counseling is an independent counseling center that has partnered with Axis Worship Center. Together, they are committed in aiding individuals the ability to discover the purpose and mindset God created the person.
Robyn Jarrell received her Master of Divinity in 2023. She provides counseling every Friday and is EMDR trained, which is a specialty in counseling that focuses on PTSD and anxiety. She is currently earning her doctorate in Counseling.
Benefits of Private Pay Counseling
Private Pay provides additional confidentiality, including the added protection of knowing any given information will not be released to an insurance company. Your privacy is highly regarded and is limitless when insurance companies are eliminated.
Each insurance company has rules which oftentimes differ from your goal as a client. Because of this, we have selected to be a self-pay counseling center.
The decision is yours to make; however, private pay also allows clients the opportunity to decide the length and focus of counseling, not the insurance company.
Why is counseling important?
It is Satan’s desire to kill, steal, and destroy (John 10:10). It is the desire of Psalm 1 and AWC to expose this and navigate individuals back to regaining the understanding of God’s Word and His purpose for each.
